In Vienna it is considered as illegal to perform street art without permit. The city government has strict regulations regarding the display of art in public spaces. However, there are no other alternatives available for street artists in Vienna ,artist tend to keep moving to different locations within the city after performing for an hour.The design proposal aims to encourage street artists who have been showcasing their work across Vienna. The overall proposal is designed to connect the talent of these native street artists to the public.The site being a water front development it will influence the artist as well as draws people into the site.

This graphical representation is to convey the current scenario of the street artist performing in a public square and the amount of attraction he gathers when he performs generally on streets .

In a public square people gathers for many reasons,at that space artist is not focused by many when he performs within the crowd.as it is a moving crowd he is left unnoticed

The proposal is designed in the form of an island to take advantage of the scenic beauty of the location. The multi-level Scribble spaces gives a sense of a freedom for the artist to choose their spot to paint. The grated floors and other light weight materials used gives a sense of openness to artist and the visitors
