ARCHITECTURE STUDIO
The Storage cabins featuring in this page are particularly designed for the project VEEDU.It is sited in the down south of Tamil Nadu .During the design process we were very particular about the proportion of the storage that the cabins should go organically with all the other furnitures .In many cases, the storage cabins consumes a larger foot area vertically so our design decision was to design a horizontal storage cabins with same amount of storage possible.
We as a team always work under a belief system to make the space more utilising which will also eventually forms a appealing space .
As shown in the drawing above,the storage cabin holds 3 different storage purpose.It holds a space for inverter and a foot wear.And also as a seater as the storage was positioned near the main door it will be a space for the user to interact with the neighbours.
This piece of furniture might doesn't seem like a wardrobe but as we mentioned earlier we were very particular about utilising the space more with the same function .This wardrobe can also be used as a seater for reading and other leisure activities.It was positioned near a 9'x5' windows which will allow ample amount of light and ventilation with a better outside view.
