A residential project with architectural context emphasizing on views and vistas. The simple box plan provides the opportunity to explore the design to the fullest with volumes that form spaces which transcends memories. The use of diverse openings establishes a play of light in the interiors which makes the spaces serene. These openings also encourage physical and visual connectivity with the farm surrounding the building.
As per the client's requirement it should be a leisure space connected with their 30 acres farmland. From the initial stage of the design itself we were so keen about the safety and security as the site was located no where between the cashew farm where there were no settlements around for at least 8-10 kms.

Since the project itself was focused more on leisure activity the material decisions were done accordingly.The natural stones like slate stones for flooring with muted tones and textures were proposed which will help to enhance the overall experience of the space .
Terra-cotta roof tiles were collected from the buildings from the village of the site location to construct the privacy wall for THOTTI and also for the terrace parapet walls.
